Important Information & Tips for Shipping
- Topsail Steamer only offers 1 and 2 day shipping options
- If you would like to receive your bucket on Saturday, you MUST choose this in the Add-On Options of the menu item you are ordering. You will then be able to choose additional shipping options at checkout
- Orders placed by 2:30 will be shipped out the same business day except:
1) When requested to arrive on a specific day in the future (please indicate in comments of order)
2) When order is received on Saturday or Sunday. These orders will be shipped on Monday
- The ONLY option available for packages requested to ship on Friday will be overnight with Saturday delivery
- Once your Bay Bucket leaves our store, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You will also receive an email when your Bay Bucket is delivered. To ensure the full flavor and freshness of our products, We STRONGLY encourage you to make arrangements to receive, inspect and refrigerate your bucket as soon as possible upon arrival. We do suggest, if possible, to have it delivered to your place of work to avoid your package from sitting outdoors for an extended period of time.
- PLEASE TRACK YOUR PACKAGE! Topsail Steamer will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. We are NOT responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us or the inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered. If your Bay Bucket is returned to us because of an incorrect address, due to its of its perishability, we must dispose of the contents and will not be able to offer a refund.
- We recommend that you prepare your Bay Bucket within 24 hours of receiving it.
